Donate — KSA Woodland Restoration

The juniper and acacia woodlands of the Asir and Hejaz mountains underpin highland biodiversity and groundwater recharge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

KSA Woodland Restoration

We fund native seedling propagation, protected exclosures to exclude feral grazing, and reintroduction of native understorey species. Every donation expands the restored area.

  • £15 funds 5 native juniper saplings
  • £50 funds one exclosure fence section
  • £100 funds a week of seedling nursery care

How your donation is used. Donations go to the cause you designated — but exactly what they pay for depends on what this project needs at the time. For example, £15 here could cover a DBS check, a bag of bird seed, fuel money for a volunteer, or a short research lit-review — whichever the project needs most in the month you give. Your gift always stays within the cause you chose; what it buys inside that cause is decided by on-the-ground need. This principle applies to every section and sub-section of our charity, Nature for People and People for Nature.
